⭐ MVP voting

After every league or cup fixture, the opposing team votes for the player of the match — the MVP. Votes roll up into a season-wide MVP leaderboard that's preserved in the season archive forever.

Who votes

  • Home team votes for one player on the away team.
  • Away team votes for one player on the home team.
  • Self-voting is not allowed.

Each team submits one vote (the captain confirms on behalf of the side). The fixture is only marked fully complete once both votes are in — or 48 hours after kick-off, whichever comes first.

Voting window

You have 48 hours after a fixture ends to submit your MVP pick. After that the vote is closed and the fixture moves to the archive.

Leaderboard

League → MVP leaderboard ranks everyone who has received a vote during the current season by:

  1. Total votes received
  2. Distinct fixtures in which they received a vote (tie-breaker)
  3. Alphabetical (final tie-breaker)

Archive

When a season closes, the full MVP table is baked into the Season archive — so you can still browse MVP votes for past seasons years later.
