🗄️ Season archive

When a league season finishes, its final tables, MVP leaderboard and key stats are frozen into a permanent snapshot. You can still browse seasons that ended years ago, with the same numbers people saw on the final day.

What gets archived

  • Final standings for every division (rank, wins, draws, losses, leg diff, points).
  • MVP leaderboard — every player who received an MVP vote, in order of total votes.
  • Season metadata — start and end dates, division structure, team roster at close.

When it happens

  • Automatically the moment a season's status changes to completed.
  • Backfilled on first view — any already-completed season that never got an archive is snapshotted the first time someone opens the Archives tab.

Viewing past seasons

League page → Archives tab. Each archived season appears as a clickable card showing the season name and archive date. Click to expand the full standings and MVP table.

Immutability

Archives are immutable on purpose — once a snapshot exists, editing fixtures in the original season does not change the archive. League admins can manually re-archive a season from Admin → Seasons → Re-archive if a post-season correction is needed.
